DOUBLE VISION

(Director)

There's two sides to every story. A fun, suspenseful thriller told entirely in split-screen in the vane of Brian DePalma.

SPIRIT WEEK

(Co-Director, Co-Writer, Co-Editor)

cheesy throwback to the shlock-fest slasher movies of the 1980's. I Co-Directed this with Anthony Fins and it was the most fun project we've made together. This has the most scenes and biggest cast out of anything I've made previously. It screened on the FSU Student Life Cinema and won 1st place in their short horror contest which was incredibly exciting.

SHANGHAIED

(Co-Director, Co-Writer, Co-Editor)

An intense, thrilling, and hilarious adventure, starring... YOU! Two would-be gangsters kidnap you and your friend off the street, however, things quickly get out of hand in this immersive, and exploitative crime-comedy. Second time around, Anthony Fins and I had a but more experience with 360 degree video. There are a few technical flaws in this one beyond our reach, but I think the finished result is a blast and I'm very proud with how clean the audio is.

THE HAUNTING OF DAFFODALE ESTATE

(Co-Director, Co-Editor)

This was Anthony Fins' and I's first time working with 360 degree cameras and it was quite the learning curve. The finished product is a nice, moody piece, with the legendary Scotty Ebberbach making his first appearance in an Ave Maria Production.

WE ARE FILM CLUB

(Co-Director, Co-Editor)

quick look inside FSU's student run film club and the first collaboration between Anthony Fins and I. If there's one thing I love about this piece, it's the structure. The interview snippets and the edited give it a really smooth flow that tells a complete story. David's interview shot is also one of my favorite shots in something I made.

DINNER'S READY

(Co-Director, Co-Writer, Co-Editor)

Oh Dinner's Ready. A dark comedy about how the perfect murder always goes wrong. This was one of the hardest productions for Anthony Fins and I. Most things went wrong, but from that came a great learning experience that I won't forget. There are plenty of things that do work though, mainly the tone and the script are pretty consistent and funny. There's also some really fun stylish shots sprinkled throughout.

SLC SHORT HORROR CONTEST NEWS PKG

(Director, Editor, Cinematographer)

A quick look into the behind the scenes of Spirit Week which aired on FSU's Seminole Showcase broadcast. I'm very proud of the structure of this piece, I think it's pretty effective.

FOOD RECOVERY NETWORK NEWS PKG

(Director, Editor, Cinematographer)

A look into Tallahassee's Food Recovery Network and how they give back to the community. Production on this one got unexpectedly complicated, but it effectively communicates what FRN is all about.
